When you open marketplace products, these days there seems to be an error happening quite frequently. The error happens in the customer, as well as in the merchant, windows. There is nothing you can do to resolve that, as it seems to be an internal error of the website.
What you can do to not loose your browsing history at that point, is to just click on refresh in your browser and not on “continue shopping”. Continue shopping will send you to the general page and will make it more difficult to find the product or store that you were browsing earlier.
The marketplace has been undergoing many changes. All merchants and customers have been patient all year with technical errors. Unfortunately, it seems unclear as to when these issues are going to be resolved.
